4.0 star rating	The only problem I had was due to Easyjet not confirming the booking with the hotel. Fortunately, I had the printed confirmation with me and the hotel had rooms available but it still took approx half an hour to resolve the problem. Hall carpet a bit grubby but letter in room apologised for this as the quality of carpet reccommended when the furbishment took place was not correct for the purpose it was goinig to be used for. Excellent choice of breakfast.	Hotel bar a continuation of the booking in desk and not used much. No restraunt for lunch or dinner. We were aware of this prior to visit and ther are plenty of placezs to eat and drink in the vicinity.	JET	23 January 2013

4.5 star rating	The Winters Hotel Berlin Mitte has a good location near the beautiful Gendarmenmarkt and close to public transports. Walking distance to many tourist sights. The breakfast buffet at the hotel offers a wide selection. Stayed at this hotel for the second time and would absolutely choose it again.			19 September 2013

Hotel is pretty close to the u-bahn, and located just right in the city centre, Behind the hotel, there is the Gendarmenmarkt. You can walk only a short distance to Checkpoint Charlie, and shopping malls are also close to hotel, this is indeed very convenient.	??????????????,???????????;??????????!
