4.5 star rating	Excellent, spacious well equipped rooms. Good location with easy transport links to city centre. Friendly and helpful staff.	Room service menu not that good. Poor menu choices and not much too choose from. Room service also not 24hour which is something I would like to see in a hotel of this standard.		04 April 2012

5.0 star rating	Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and willing to help with anything! Rooms cleaned and re-stocked daily, can't fault it!	Only thing was the food in the hotel, it was quite expensive for what it was but it wasn't terrible.	Anonymous	13 November 2016
