4.5 star rating	It was very central to many of the sights tourists would want to visit. The service was excellent and the hotel was very obliging in storing luggage before check-in time and as we were booked in again for one further night a week later, again, they were happy to keep luggage we did not wish to take with us. Also complimentary continental breakfast was very good & included healthy options such as yoghurt & fresh fruit.	They were in the process of renovating quite a few floors of the hotel which, although did not affect us much apart from where breakfast was served, it would have been good to know about it. Also our first room was very noisy given that it faced Madison Avenue and when we asked for a quieter room on our return, again they were very obliging and told us room 712 was the only room facing Madison Ave. The one we had on our return was almost as noisy with a steaming and hissing pipe going through which meant a very warm room but after speaking to the front desk, the pipe was fixed although it went off once again in the early hours.	27 October 2008
