4.5 star rating	This resort has beautiful rooms with sensational views of the Agung River and forests. The staff go out of their to help. The breakfast was very good. Apart from the room service food (see below) the rest of the services were first rate and I would definitely stay there again	the room service food I thought was average and reasonably expensive for what you got. The Asian dishes were quite good but the western food was quite small portions and not what I would call great quality.	Cabbie Baz 56	28 November 2013

3.0 star rating	Amazing location and views, great pool villas	This is a badly managed hotel, staff is not properly trained and partially rude. Rooms need a refurbishment and partly the grounds too What a shame because it is otherwise a beautiful hotel.	Anonymous	09 January 2017
