This city hotel is strategically located between Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya. The city centre, China Town, is a 10-minute drive away, as is the King's palace, Istana Negara, and the National Museum. The Bird Park is 15 minutes' drive from the hotel, and the KLCC shopping centre is 25 minutes' drive away. The residence is well connected to railways and has convenient access to major expressways. This air-conditioned luxury establishment comprises 627 premier rooms. It is the first hotel in Malaysia to offer a non-smoking environment throughout its public areas. There is a swimming pool in the hotel grounds, and the guests on a fitness regime are free to use the gym. The in-house restaurant offers 24-hour dining with an open kitchen concept, complimented by an outdoor garden deck, where guests can dine in fine weather.

1.5 star rating	Good Location at mid valley	Very Run down room, need renovation. Had to change rooms 3 times due to the following reasons: - water system was old and started pouring out brown water, or the room was not used for a long time. - There was strong paint smell in the room and light was broken and sink had lots of cracks - Ant and cockroaches was infested in the room. Found a cockroach in bed. I usually do not write bad reviews for the hotels I stayed, and I have stayed in a lot of them. But this was the worst experience I have had in a so called 5 star hotel. They do not deserve the ratings. They really need to get their act together and do some serious renovation work and training for their staff. With all that room change, all I go was a plate of fruit, and a so called up grade to a higher floor room and that's it. I think it may be just my luck. but I don't think I will be going back there again.	Jeff	27 July 2014

4.5 star rating	Nice room and location for the price. I would rate it as very very good overall. One thing I must say is my Wife left a dress behind in the room and we only notice 4 days later but they manged to locate it and we got our dress. Well done Gardens. Recommend and would stay again.	The included breakfast food was just so so but for the price!!	DC	29 July 2015
