3.0 star rating	Location - next to Sunway Pyramid Mall	Checking in - was asked by staff at the counter when i did the booking. Seemed that they did not get any confirmation from Hotelopia. So I insisted that I got the confirmation email from the booking website. Arrived at around 10am, already requested for early checkin but only checked in at 12.30pm once there was an available room. Room without view (not informed abt this during booking), requested for a change of room but was asked to upgrade instead! We were staying there for 5days and a room with no view was tortorous! Requested for room near the lift area as I have a toddler in tow but was given a room far away from lift. Again, they argued, insisted the room is of central location. Ironing faciities - no iron or ironing board provided, when called housekeeping, was told to go to ironing room which is very far from our room. When reached there, not accessible. Called housekeeping agn, then we were informed the ironing room is under renovation! So it took 2 phonecalls and a long walk to get an iron and ironing board. Breakfast - not much variety, compared to Sunway Resort & Spa.	Tya	20 March 2016
