1.0 star rating	We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this resort. The room was big spacious clean and welcoming and lots of water to drink!! Our maid really looked after us very much and kept the room immaculately.. The resort is fabulous, spacious, with different foods available for everyone. The swimming pool absolutely gorgeous and the sea heavenly. The best part is the staff of sheraton were so wonderful, helpful, warm and friendly, from reception staff to the chamber maid and gardners to cleaners!! The breakfast.... absolutely legendary, taking care of asian , european and any other tastes. Thanks to everyone who looked after us and invited us to cocktail parties etc.You have a gem and we will be back.			24 November 2012

4.0 star rating	Great facilities, generally friendly and attentive staff, amazing breakfast	After we booked we found out that our room was on 1st floor (not well specified on the website we booked through) and no elevators and we had 2 kids and stroller so not at all ideal to carry it up and down 10 times a day. We contacted the hotel about this months before arrival with request to switch to a ground floor room. and got email confirmation that it would not be a problem to upgrade for a fee when we arrived (as the ground floor are more expensive). All good so far. However, when we arrived we suddenly hear that all ground floor rooms are fully booked and we could switch to one after half our stay (!), even though I pointed out that I had emailed with the staff member who assured me that it wouldn't be a problem to switch and showed them the email conversations from months prior, they couldn't do anything. So I requested to speak to the person whom I emailed with directly to straighten this all out - and was then told that she was not at work today, and no one could tell me when she would be back at work either (!!!), which was just totally ridiculous (I asked that she make contact with me whenever she got back, but never heard from her nor anyone else ..). And absolutely no offer of any compensation pf any kind for this promise that was broken. After half the stay I got call after call wondering if I wanted to upgrade now (packing up the whole room again and move everything for 3 more days sounded like a dream come true...so I of course turned down the offer at that stage). Really poor customer service from a giant like Sheraton, never experienced such issue with Radisson, Intercontinental, Savoy or any other big chain we have stayed at. Expected much more from Sheraton to be honest (especially as the hotel was 3/4 empty on most of our stay and they had large groups for 2 days! If the ground floor garden rooms were really occupied, the hotel should have offered a complimentary upgrade to pool floor rooms which I know for a fact were available! as the mistake was clearly on them!) Will most probably not choose Sheraton again, at least not with children. Are far more kids friendly (and customer understanding hotels which can solve problems instead of just saying "I don't know, Im sorry, nothing we can do) hotels.	Anonym	01 April 2017
