4.5 star ratingBeautiful hotel, beautiful people. Very helpful staff with professional approach. They work very hard and everyday to make hotel look great. Especially massive tropical gardens looks green and fresh despite, we were there in hot and dry season, Every member for staff is always smiling and greeting you ,which gives very positive vibes.Hard to find something,which really bothered me. The prices in their restaurant were too high. They always looked empty to me, because, customers rather ate on the beach in authentic Thai seafood restaurant , than in Posh overpriced Italian styled hotel restaurant. Animation team pretty much cared about french customers, I never really been approached and invited to join any of activity. Some animation evening program looked very nice, however you had to pay like 40 GPD per head, to get there, as served food. Perhaps if you vegetarian you do not want to pay such money for salad.
