2.5 star rating	The rooms were clean.	The biggest problem with this hotel is the staff. The reception staff and mostly their manager were unbareable unprofessional and low-skilled. Their English abilities were far from basic and their general attitude to inquiries was one of nervousness frustration and stress. The Wi Fi, which should have been free and available for room usage was not working as such, and when asked to do something about it, the staff pointed out to an Internet Cafe across the street. The reception desk staff was eating relaxed at the counter and when i asked them about the internet they said 'Come next day in the morning and talk to my manager'. All in all we were very dissapointed and we will never go there again.	Roxy	02 December 2012

1.0 star rating	There was nothing at all!!! Was an awful place to stay!!	The first thing it was has been confident in Hotelopia because you don't know what are you selling, it has been awful stay!! Even the rooms was very diffetent to the pictures in the website and when I have asked to the receptionist, she just laugh and say: "yes is not the same, is just a picture!" As soon as we arrive into the room we release that was not amenities, just a sad and small bottle shampoo, when we try to sleep and I opened the sheets to put my little baby of 2 years old I couldn't really believe that sheets was no clean!!! but just spend one night, even when we have paid two, but we couldn't stay at all! About the personal of the hotel: not good at all, so rude and bad faces at all the time. We are really disappoint with the hotel and the staff, but for sure we will not recommend Hostelopia at all!! I am working for turisme at Barcelona city, and I have been several times in Bangkok, and never happen before such a bad thing.	Carlos	28 January 2013
4.0 star rating	We were extremely pleased with our room at the hotel, it was clean and the location was perfect for us. We did have an opportunity to use the pool and we were pleased with that as well. We will stay again when were return to Bangkok. 3.0 star rating	It's a good place to stay in Bangkok. Great location. The rooms are ok. If we're going to Bangkok again it will be the first place we will look if they have something available.	The staff is not very friendly. They are not trying to help/understand you.		25 February 2013

3.5 star rating		Although the room and pool were OK, the staff of the hotel made the whole experience a bad one. The end was the worst, when a lousy taxi was orderred by the hotel staff, more expensive than high street prices.		27 April 2013
2.5 star rating		When we arrived as per our instructions at 2am from a late night flight the hotel had on sold our rooms so it wasn't until 7 am I finally got a room. No refund. I booked 2 rooms for four nights and paid for them but they sold the rooms to other people despite my instructions that we would be arriving late.	Anonymous	21 November 2016
