4.5 star rating	well appointed room size, very nice decor, balcony and huge king bed was fantastic, separate shower and bath a nice touch, well managed hotel, relaxing and comforting vibe and atmosphere, great views, interior space planning was good, flexible arrangement with late checkout	workmanship on the interiors of the room could be improved, for such a new resort its really a pity that it's already showing signs of wear and tear in multiple places (especially in the bathroom), no toilet roll holder in the toilet area, bathroom sliding doors were jammed and we couldn't use it for the rest of our stay, the tap was installed too far away from the wash basin so the bathroom counter top is constantly flooded and it happens that is exactly where the hair dryer would sit (its lucky that no one has been electrocuted), the mini fridge inside the room was too small and it wasn't cold enough (mainly because it was a wine fridge, not really for icy cold beverages or if you want to chill your food in it), hotel facilities are not completed (NO SPA!!) only in-room services, only one swimming pool for such a large resort seems insufficient, opening hours for the pool only from 7am - 7pm (would be nicer if guests were able to swim at night), access to Naithon beach from the resort definitely requires more love and attention (its basically concrete steps sending guests down from the resort to jagged and slippery rocks... definitely not recommended for those who are less agile and mobile) and it should be illuminated at night time,	centralian	08 May 2013
