3.5 star rating	The Location, once you get there is awesome! We weren't aware that you had to get a taxi boat to the hotel as its unreachable by road(sort of - will explain later). This costs 300BH per person so worth considering if you plan to leave Yuan a lot during your stay. We had a bit of torrid time reaching the hotel given the initial confusion of getting there. We were dropped one bay along from Yuan and had to trek over the cliff and beach to eventually get there but i guess that was part of the fun. One definite positive was that we found a place called The Bamboo Hut which is easily our favorite place from the trip. Its a restaurant/hang-out popular with local ex-pats serving great food, great value and breathtaking views over the bay. The room was great, spacious and had a great view too! The grounds are ok but need some love!	The place is in need of some maintenance - our toilet was broken and shower wasnt great. The grounds need some love too and the staff lacked enthusiasm and information but were perfectly pleasant. On the hotels condition, i have to say the hotel could be amazing if they spent abit of money on it. not even alot of money but some... Location is brilliant if you dont want to stay on Haad Rin which is just a mad house but you are reliant on taxi boats which cost 300BH per person and don't run late apart from on Full Moon Party nights. It could become more expensive than anticipated. A huge risk - which we later found out - is that when it rains and the taxi boats aren't running, You're almost stuck apart from a very interesting taxi truck ride over the hills on what barely count as roads but again, funny experience when you make it out alive the other side... The food is pretty awful, under-cooked chicken and eggs and very basic thai food but head to The Bamboo Hut and you'll experience a whole new world!	SimplySimon	09 March 2016
