Otherwise it's a long walk Friendly and helpful staff Excellent Staff - helpful and friendly Excellent babysitter referrals for kids club Food and choices not fabulous for a hotel of this rating . Too expensive for the limited choice Long time taken to clean rooms Booking by family member for specified rooms was not conveyed properly . Booking was made several months back but we were give rooms very far out and finally requested for change of room Shuttle stops too far from main lagoon area . 5.0 star ratingBeautiful hotel and location. The staff are very helpful and polite and will gladly help/assist with anything. The first few days we were on B/B rate,then went on to club. All the food we ate was of a high standard and enjoyable. Beach was great too and very clean. Our room was lovely with a balcony and overlooked the lagoon. If you like being pampered and looked after the Laguna is the place to stay.The hotel is a bit isolated but we knew that before we booked it.Freddie14 April 2015
