2.0 star ratingsituation; size of the bedroom.Does not deserve the 4 stars qualification. Bathroom in bad shape: lavatories need to be renewed, taps in one of the lavatories and in the bidet did not work at all, there were no shower caps, I had to ask for them; the hairdryer did not work in the first day; toilet paper was not in its place, it was put on the watercloset; the the room was hired for three people, and there were towels only for two, had to ask for more, there were only two chairs in a bedroom for three. The bedroom key did not work until the last time we needed it. The bedroom door needs to be painted and repaired. It has not a 4star dining room neither service. It has only two small lifts (4 people capacity), one of which was not in service for one day. I was left with the feeling that employees don't have the means to render a good service. It is a hotel in decay.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.I would not recommend the hotel to anyone23 November 2010
