5.0 star rating	My 2nd visit to this hotel, and I have also booke danother 2 nights (through Hotelopia) in September, so its our 3rd vsit in 5 months. I rate this one of the best hotels I have stayed in for value for money and would highly recommend, to many things to mention as the hotel is excellent in all aspects.	N/a	SteveG	11 August 2013
3.5 star rating	Overall it was a beautiful hotel	There was no free WIFI in the room, not even the public area!! The WIFI charge was rather expensive, even when I paid for it, only 1 user can use it at one time...there were 2 of us in the room so we had to take turns to use it.	LL	18 September 2013
4.0 star rating	Good views of the river if not a little Industrial. Staff very quick to attend rooms. All Restaurant staff very professional. Distinct lack of children....yeah.	Wi-Fi listed as free like every other Hotel in Bangkok....NOT TRUE !!! 400THB (USD$12.00) per half hour RIP-OFF! we were told because the booking was through an agent (Hotelopia) it did not qualify for free WiFi (what Bullsh*t) River Dinner Cruise not available. Air Conditioner in room stuck on 26 Deg. Shower screen leaks badly, leaving large puddle in door . Very dangerous! Vin Nam outdoor riverside Bar-B-Que no longer on offer. All guests seem to use the Hotel for sleeping only, leaving the 4 very nice restaurants empty and with no atmosphere each and every night of our 7 day stay. One gets the impression the Hotel has seen better days and is on the out. Penny pinching is not the to build clientele, sorry guys.	Paul	23 October 2013
4.0 star rating	Nice room, good breakfast and service. Room was upgraded since original room was fully booked. Overall stay was very satisfactory.	Some furnishings are outdated. Floor carpets are not very tidy, Wi-Fi not working well.	Friends (Husband & Wife)	20 August 2015
