1.0 star rating	no positive review	first, all the things in villa is old,u can see dirty wall anywhere. second, they the breakfast is not good third,there is poor service that no.one answer your call after 6 oclock. forth, no hot water in the villa though i told them to fix but still not work and they just quit that problem as they knew the problem fifth,the service of room service is not good,no one clean the room for you sixth,they never told me about check out time but ask me extra 300b for late chevk out. totally disappointed , this is the fifth time i went phuket and the first time met a such bad quality villa.	wing chan	13 May 2014
