3.5 star rating	The hotel was basic but clean. The facilites were up to scratch with a shower that actually had hot water every time you used it no matter the time of day. Located a minutes walk from Public transport (Trams) with easy access to metro and city centre. For those using Barcelona cards these come in very handy. Ideal for a cheap break for site seerers and couples.	Windows were not double glazed and therefore the traffic could be heard clearly.	06 October 2008
1.5 star rating	I stayed in this hotel for two weeks when working in Barcelona, and found this to be a good experience. The hotel is well run, and represents great value, simple accomodation. Reception staff all spoke good English, were helpful and provided alarm calls as requested. My room, recently painted and very clean was at the rear of the hotel. I slept well in a comfortable bed and was not troubled by traffic noise. A light breakfast is provided, consisting of coffee and either muffins or biscuits. This arrangement worked well for me, as I left early each morning to commute into the city and managed to lose a little weight in the process. The integrated public transport system in Barcleona is efficient, easy to use and very low cost: 7.5 Euros for 10 journeys. At 20 -25 Euros, Taxis between the hotel and central Barcelona will add significantly to the cost of your stay, so it?s worth getting to grips with the tram / rail / underground system on your first day and making this an integral part of your Barcelona Experience. You?ll need to allow 40 minutes or longer for your journey into the city centre, depending on your destination and the number of changes you need to make.		18 November 2008
