Situated close to the city centre, the excellent Centara Khum Phaya Resort and Spa is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. The design and architecture reflect the traditional Lanna style of Northern Thailand characterised by its teak wood carvings and the wooden roof tops. A landscaped garden area with an assembly of mythological Thai trees and flowers and a large exotic lagoon style pool create a relaxed atmosphere full of tranquillity. Still, the historic centre of Chiang Mai with its temples and shopping facilities is within easy reach. A wonderful place to stay.

4.5 star rating	the room is so nice and wonderful. the hotel is located in quiet and peaceful area. a lot of trees in the hotle make me feel so fresh.	There were no towels in the room. I had to call and ask for the towels twice until I finally got them. slow response!!! and too many leaves floating in the swimming pool. they should have been taken out every day.	Dan	10 October 2012

I recommend for anyone whom once to stay at the luxury hotel with calm and green environment.	Because it's hot weather in Thai so pls provide umbrella in the room .		12 October 2012

4.5 star rating	friendly staffs .. great breakfast and again ..wonderful staffs (especially at the restaurants)	I reserved the room with pool-access -- however I didn't get what I supposed to get. they putted me into second floor instead. I was arrived the hotel quite late, so i was exhausted to ask for changing the room. however, next day, I found out that it's a bit noisy to stay at pool-access room, so again, i decided NOT to change. but ... it's not RIGHT for the hotel to just put me in another type of room without giving me any reasons.
