Opened in 2012, Kalima Resort & Spa is a stylish and luxurious hotel beautifully situated on the west coast of Phuket and enjoying wonderful 220 degree panoramic views over Patong Bay and the Andaman Sea. Guests will appreciate excellent services and amenities such as a fantastic pool landscape with an infinity pool of almost 600 m2 and an artificial sandy beach. 2.5 star rating	Toller Pool mit sehr schÃ¶ner Aussicht	Es kam hÃ¤ufiger vor das sehr laute Discomusik unser Zimmer beschallte durch Private Veranstaltungen des Hotels mit externen GÃ¤sten. Unsere Beschwerde und die von anderen GÃ¤sten wurden nicht ernstgenommen. Meine Partnerin und ich sind 30 Jahre alt und wirklich nicht empfindlich aber man konnte noch nicht einmal seinen eigenen Fernseher im Zimmer hÃ¶ren. Beim FrÃ¼hstÃ¼ck muÃte man Kaffee oder Tee selber an der Bar holen da einem das niemand freiwillig gebracht hat trotz der Frage nach Kaffee. Das FrÃ¼hstÃ¼ckangebot entsprach eher einer 3 Sterne Anlage sowie auch der Service. Die Deluxezimmer Standart haben Blick auf eine Hauswand mit KlimaanlagengerÃ¤usche.Das W - Lan hat nur eine Geschwindigkeit von 256 kbs also sehr langsam.	Marcus	15 February 2013
5.0 star rating	Quiet, Amazing views, exceptional rooms. I would most definitely stay at the Kalima again and highly recommend it to anyone. Great value for money! 5 out of 5 from me.	I don't think this hotel deserves any negative reviews but if I have to give one it's that it's a little bit out of town so will cost 600 Bart for a return taxi trip each time. Would be great if the hotel ran the free shuttle bus on a more regular basis.	Phuket fan	20 March 2013
4.5 star rating	Clean room and good food. Kind workers.	i think front desk hotelier should improce their engish. They couldnt understand what we want. They didnt answer properly when were asking about the resort service.	vic	07 April 2013
4.0 star rating	Not much especially the bell ball and the front desk	When we check in it's raining extremely heavy and there's at least 3 bell balls there serving a van guest to leave the hotel. The van nearly depart. no one approach our car to let a helping hand for carrying our luggages as there's more than 10 stairs to climb up to lobby. My hubby park his car in an open area up the slope and I need to urge the bell ball to give borrow an umbrella for him. ( i need to say for the 1st bell ball i approach he always answer me OK OK but no action taken and go to elsewhere to say ByeBye to the van guest) This is what a kind of service	mash	10 July 2013
	specious and quiet rooms. Nice sea view from balcony...	Very limited access to Lift/elevator and that makes it difficult to walk through staircase. Staff are not helpful to provide information regarding tours and travel. One tour and travel counter is there which charges triple prices compare to outside prices - for any trip they promise to arrange. Hotel restaurant, Malika does not have much options in seafood section.	biswa	15 August 2013
3.5 star rating	Swimming pool good. Clean and food delicious.	Reserved room not available so change to another room type but with no seaview. Transportation to Patong is not convenient. Suggest to increase hotel shuttle bus frequency.		30 October 2013
3.5 star rating	Very good seaview. Relaxing resort.	Poor transportation. Staff is not professional and not very polite. Many flies on the breakfast salad. Few facilities and limited choices on restaurants and foods.		12 December 2013
