2.0 star rating	The staff in the Coffee shop where we had breakfast were outstanding and ever helpful	we checked in early evening and found the staff at reception totally incompetent.We were allocated aroom which was in need of multiple repairs and frankly unhygienic.The next day the Customer Relations Officer after seeing the room very quickl found a room more in keeping with our request PRIOR to making the booking. The gardens were frequently overrun with a large number of apparently feral dogs one of which bit my wife.This was reported to all concerned and numerous promises were made but the situation pertained up to the time that we left.		29 October 2009

4.0 star rating	Fantastic value for money. Gorgeous views and beautiful pools and gardens. Very nice and flash looking lobby. Short stroll from beach front restaurants and markets. Would stay again.	No metered cabs can pick up inside the motel grounds. You have to pay for one of their drivers or walk about 700m to the front gate and get a cab off the street. I also had a bad experience with a staff member however all of the other staff were lovely and were very quick with all requests.	Anonymous	11 August 2014

4.0 star rating	We stayed in the garden wing facing the pool, Location is world class, the staff are very helpful , breakfast is good with lots of choices, bedding and towels smell nice!	Air conditioner is a huge problem,before you settle in your room, make sure to check the aircon works, bathroom also very tired needs to smarten up	Tina clarke	26 January 2017

4.0 star rating	Caters for everyone, staff very happy and helpful, secured location with everything with in reach. Cottage location was really good near the beach, pool & restaurant. 2.5 star rating	Non really- very disappointed for a so called 5 star hotel. Maybe 5 stars when it was built !	1.0 Really old rooms and not well maintained. The first room I had still had the old tin/enamel sink and bath !!! Plumbing is really bad. 2.0 Nice beach location. But to get to the main road takes 15 mins walk 3.0 Due to the length to the main road, the hotel taxi charges are 2-3 times what you would normally pay 4.0 Not a great selection at all of the eating places and bars. 5.0 star rating	Love the large lawns area mature frangipani tress private beach white sand always plenty of sun loungers available pool attendants very good to help move sun bed for you with clean fresh towel. 3.0 star rating	Great location,3 pools,friendly staff,big rooms,value for money.great WIFI,well maintained garden areas	Bathroom needed updating,pools need algaecide.inattentive/lazy staff eg no poolside service for food & drinks,need to have a shuttle to main shopping area of sanur as the hotel is a bit isolated hotel taxi costs AUD$10 round trip..cockroachs can be a problem.ice should be free. 4.5 star rating	Super location, right at beach, great pools and excellent value. Rooms spacious, very clean and wonderful staff . Will go back on a flash.	The rooms are very clean and spacious and lovely outdoor sitting area when requesting a garden or pool wing Tom, however only down side is that the bathroom needs renovating.
