5.0 star rating	Our stay in Hotel Ikley was fantastic, everything we needed was provided for and the standard of room was on par with the price we paid. No hidden charges. Will return to Istanbul and have not worries about booking again.	Only down side was that when we arrived we were put in a twin room instead of a double as booked. However they did not have a room to move us to that night but upgraded us the following day. Very apologetic and did everything to make our stay plesant.		25 June 2009

3.0 star rating	24 hours reception. Food was ok. Location is great.	Tiny room. My friend and I asked for an extra blanket/duvet, and they said they didn't have any extra/available on that night. I doubt that they were completely booked and even if, no extra duvets lying around!! Don't drink the free water, which is labelled filtered by Brita, as I got Diarrhea from it. The door handle for the toilet fell off the first night of our stay and they didn't do anything about it. 5.0 star rating	We stayed at the hotel for three nights.Received excellent reception all the time. The staff were always willing to help and gave the correct advise with, regards to, sightseeing / independent tours, timings and practicality of where not to use the wheelchair. Allowed my mother to use their Wheelchair free of charge during our stay, and further more also allowed my mum to stay longer in the room on the day of our departure, as we were not able to take her with us on that day. All in all everybody in the hotel made our stay very memorable. Would recommend this hotel to everybody		Anonymous	01 September 2014
