The hotel is located within easy walking distance from the Eiffel Tower, the Seine River, Champs de Mars, the Invalides and the Montparnasse theatre district and railway station. Ideal for business or leisure. It comprises a total of 33 rooms, spread over 5 floors. Some rooms feature a brand new decor with modern furniture, parquet flooring and comfortable indirect lighting. All rooms boast large double beds with top quality mattresses and duvets. It has private shower room and a hairdryer. Hotel services include: fast and free Wi-Fi access in all rooms and throughout the hotel, air conditioning, elevator or daily housekeeping. A varied and plentiful breakfast buffet is laid out each morning in a light and welcoming breakfast room. The front desk team is available 24/7. A terrace located at the hotel's rear offers a quiet place to have a drink or just relax on warm days. Non-smoking.

2.5 star ratingCute hotel, nicely updated rooms, be advised they ARE small.One of the reasons for picking this hotel is because it HAS air conditioning and advertised an ice machine, but they had turned it off to the entire hotel for the season, even though the rooms were hot and stuffy and humid 24/7. Therefore, had to keep the windows wide open and it was terribly noisy because all the rooms face the raised metro line ! Service was terrible/non-existent, the room was dirty, housekeeping only changed the towels every day and only changed the bed linens after several complaints. EVEN after complaining that the mattress pad was stained and dirty and covered in someone else's hair, they STILL did an extremely poor job of housekeeping the next day. Front desk day manager really didn't give a damn. "Ice machine" was not available to guests, you had to request ice and they would go to the kitchen and get you a little cereal bowl of ice! "TV" consists of 12 channels, 2 english news channels only. (Note other hotels advert "satellite" tv). Would have been good value if we could have actually gotten any sleep or been comfortable in the room!Shabu12 October 2010
