5.0 star ratingHotel was great, but it's a Hilton so I'd expect it! :-) It's the first time I've booked with Hotelopia and probably the last. The short version is that the hotel didn't have my reservation, when I arrived around 9pm. The hotel was apparently fully booked, I suspect I wouldn't have got in, if it wasn't for my Hilton Gold tier status. After about 40 minutes of waiting in the lobby, the hotel received a fax from Hotelopia so they put my wife and I in a disabled room.Nothing but positive. I'd like to know what the heck went on with Hotelopia though, i.e. did they actually have a booking with the hotel? Or had the hotel lost a fax, although you would think it would be electronic via e-mail??Jase23 July 2015
