3.5 star rating	The room is clean and they respond to the requirements quickly, like to clean the room, and toothbrush, etc.	The food is just so so. Staff know basic English. Communication is a little hard, but ok enough to make things go through. The doorkeeper didn't helped when wentry to order tuk tuk tho. We waited for 10 mins and ended up walking there. 1.5 star rating		We had booked two rooms, Very bad experience. we arrived at 10pm, After getting rooms, we found that most of the lighting of both rooms are fail. Then we call reception for help, then a workmen come and say let us change the rooms until arround 0000. However, same problem occur at the new rooms and we just ask them to fix it tmr. The worker say ok. However, when we back in the second day, no lighting is fixed, and we find reception again and the worker just come again and say change it now. Finally we watch him to fixed 1hour and then the air cond. also get problem, and we ask to change the room ( seems it need to fixed a lots of time) and waste me about 2 hours. Besides, the bed does not clean up at all and some times wet towel will not change	Yuen	04 October 2016

3.5 star rating	Room was nice, housekeeping was very professional as rooms were clean. Good location, quiet and cheap. Good value for money.	Front reception staff were surly, disinterested and unfriendly and this is obviously a reflection of the management. 2.5 star rating	It is what it is. You choose a cheaper hotel price - you will get what you pay for. Some of the staff was friendly and helpful.	What I really don't like about this hotel is their policy rules. My family and I came early to the hotel at around 9 am due that our flight was in early. They wanted to charge us for 1000 bath to check in earlier. A ridiculous rule just to earn easy money and take advantage of people. I felt I didn't had a chance as I was travelling with 3 small children. We were tired and with jetlag. I managed to barging them down to 500 bath. But when we checked in a new problem with one of the 2 rooms. One room the aircon wasn't working so I called down to reception but nobody came to help. At last I went down myself to solve the problem. We got another room at another floor. This whole incident I could have been without. Also I think this hotel is in need of an upgrade. I am normally not picky when it comes to hotels, but this was not a good experience and my family and I will never choose this hotel again.	Anonym	29 February 2016
