All rooms feature an ensuite, telephone, TV, Internet access, a radio, a fridge, a king-size or double bed, air conditioning and a safe. Guests can work out in the fully-equipped gym or have a leisurely swim in the swimming pool . Guests may also relax in the hot tub or sauna or avail of a massage treatment. | 2.5 star rating | - after questioning, we got a fix LAN connection in the room - large room - bathroom was clean and functioned well | - staff did not speak English, so not possible to communicate. It was already difficult to explain we booked for 3 people but there was only 1 double bed. Finally they placed 1 extra bed with no matrass. During that week we did not receive extra towels for the 3rd person. - Staff did not seem to be very motivated - There was no service at the reception desk, no plan of metro or major points/streets in Shanghai - room carpet was dirty and room had a sigaret smell - the breakfast was only composed of Chinese food, not international - price / quality too expensive | 14 April 2013 |
