4.0 star rating	The room we were given was not what we booked, however the staff were very helpful and made the necessary changes to our room promptly, once this was sorted we enjoyed our stay. The staff were knowledgeable about the tours groups and assisted us with making bookings.	During our stay the hotel lost power three times, there was communication from the staff as to the reasons. The location of the hotel on the web site lead you to believe it was within walking distance to the beach, this is not the case. The hotel did provided a shuttle service to the local beach, but the drop off and pick up times left you with little time. You were able to hire a car from the hotel but this was quite expensive when you are only staying for a few days.		01 August 2013
