4.5 star rating	staff were great & helpful. it was quiet and serene and just a wonderful week. the daily mosquito spraying and housekeeping was superb. the little Goodnight notes out of leave were adorable. fresh new towels everyday. Breaky was fabulous for such a tropical environment. Meals were also good but slightly overpriced. shuttle service was great. the rooms were fresh and newly cleaned on daily basis, sheets great, pool was wonderful. would definitley return.	spa is overpriced, pity as the location is amazing and more people would use it if it were at the affordable/competitive rates of all the other massive spas available in UBUD. it is slightly out of the way on its own, which is good as its peacful but also means Taxi in/out if you wish to go out elsewhere for meals, but the shuttle service was good. meals at the hotel restaurant also overpriced, again it comes down to them being located where theyare, if your buggered from your days adventures its easier to just grab at the hotel instead of planning a trek out, but as said earlier about Spa, it feels like they use their distance as a chance to earn more, but it backfires as you don't want to use their services as you know you can get better value elsewhere.
