4.0 star ratingYour hotel is very comfortable the room always missed out something everyday, like no toilet paper, tissues or towels and sometimes didn't clean the toilet. I am not complain and I understand that there are only two housekeepers for cleaning all the rooms in one floor. That's why I have to keep on calling to ask for this and that. Finally, I bought it from the supermarket. But, I still will book into your hotel when I come to Seoul and not other hotels.Rose02 November 2012
4.5 star ratingEverything is great. Nice and helpful staff, clean and spacious room, location is perfect with walking distance to Namsan market.Fitness, Spa and swimming pool are not big as the photo shown but still good enough for sports lovers. naive01 April 2015
