3.5 star rating		There was no elevator so you have to walk down stairs until you find your floor, sometimes you can walk several times up and down the stairs and it is a little exhausting. My main issue was when we arrived the bellboy promptly collected our luggage and hauled them down several flights of stairs to our room, but once we were leaving we asked reception if they could send him to help carry our luggage back up to reception as my mother is elderly and My luggage weighed almost as much as me I knew it was going to be a struggle. They nodded and said 5 minutes so me and my elderly mother waited patiently in our room while our driver waited outside for us. The man never came. As we had to check out and make it to our flight myself and my mother carried 30kgs of luggage each up several flights of stairs in the heat. When we arrived at reception obviously exhausted and frustrated they simply checked us out and didn't even say goodbye or explain or even apologise for us having to do it ourselves. they just talked amongst themselves as if we were being inconvenient. 4.5 star rating	The Hotel was a lovely experience and the staff were very welcoming and kind. The service made us feel special and the feel of the hotel was special and warm. The view was amazing from our room and our room was perfect in everyway.	When it says mini bar do not expect never ending mini bar of alcohol because that is not what is meant. 3.5 star rating	Nice Seaview.	Towels are old. Wifi connection will auto log out after 15 minutes. Bad signal for television channels.	Pat	15 November 2016
