5.0 star rating	Excellent and modern, very clean and comfortable. Location not a problem in reaching city centre. Short train journey from Europa station only 5 minutes walk, then only four stops to centre on Metro - total 15/20 minutes. Free shuttle bus service from Airport also saves on expensive taxi fares. Overall this hotel was fantastic value when considered against the high cost of staying nearer to the city - leaving you with more money to spend on tours, entry fees, food/drink etc. Would definitely stay here again.			11 October 2008
3.0 star rating	Room clean and well serviced	Food very poor. Only had one dinner in 7 nights stay. Meat not cooked properly and had to send it back again! Eat out at restaurants instead of the hotel the other nights ! Breakfast very poor indeed. Poor choice. Bar staff service very poor almost could not be bothered with guests.		17 November 2008

4.0 star rating	Good Place for visitors with family but no food facillites for those travelling from long distance.I was very disappointed ,hungry and angry .Reached airport &got transport an hour afterwards to hotel.I had to phone hotel several times before could talk to receptionist abt transport.Restaurant could not provide food at 22.50 pm.Receptionist showed us wrong direction to nearby town restorants ,walked 4 forty-fivevmins couldn,t find any restorants.We slept without dinner.Next morning ,no good choice for cereals nor cooked breakfast. 4.5 star rating	The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the nearest train station, which is only a 10-15 minute journey into the centre of Barcelona. Big shopping centre nearby with some nice restaurants.			17 July 2009
