4.0 star rating	Doris, on the front desk was delightful and efficient checking us in and out. Found the Handy Phone in our room VERY helpful with many useful apps. Enjoyed the free shuttle bus to Peninsula in Kowloon very convenient.	If I could, I would fire the arrogant, rude girl at the restaurant reception, who maintained a very long phone call while we stood and waited and then continued to review/examine her booking register, after the phone call. 4.5 star rating	Location of the hotel is ideal and within close proximity for families. Hotel room was value for money and exceeded expectations. Staff were very friendly and hospitality delivered was top notch. Would stay with them again.	Didn't encounter any negatives.	Sumit	09 July 2016

3.5 star rating	All the staff at the reception desks including those at the door are extremly nice and helpful excluding the driver of the Shuttle bus who doesn't speak a word of English beside having really a strange and unfriendly attitude . Little more efforts should be done toward cleaning rooms in particular dusting the edges of windows and cleaning the carpets , however the cleaning lady were really nice and freandly . Hotel location is not the best , even though one block away has So many stores and restaurants . I can conclude that my stay for five days was satisfactory .		Sam	10 November 2016
4.0 star rating	Great to have a smartphone for local and international calls (7 countries) and used it as WiFi access point when out about. Free shuttle bus to and from city is good. Very clean environment and rooms.	Reluctant to provide two key cards for the two rooms we had. With persistence we were given two cards for one of the rooms when two adult siblings were sharing. Breakfast was okay but a bit over priced for the quality and choices. Shuttle bus could have started earlier rather than from 10am each day and could be a bit more frequent. 4.0 star rating	The staff were really great and the smart phone is something every hotel should have.	The lobby is rather small and is some times packed with tour groups blocking the walk ways into the elevator area and reception desk. Also the carpet in the room we stayed in the second time was scary filthy, otherwise the rest of the room was decent. The first room we had recently was fine though.	Hello	02 April 2016
