Situated within the central district of Novena, the hotel is a mere 5 minutes' drive from the Velocity and United Square shopping malls, the Novena Medical hub and newly-opened Mount Elizabeth hospital. The Orchard Road shopping belt and Marina Bay Financial area are conveniently located just 10-15 minutes by taxi, whilst Universal Studios and Changi International Airport are a half-hour taxi ride away. The hotel opened in December 2012 presents basic yet smart amenities including an all-day dining restaurant, a gym and 405 contemporary guest rooms decorated in a vibrant avant-garde style.

5.0 star ratingI had a minor hiccup while checking in. The staff, Michelle who was attending to me seemed to be facing some problem. Her colleague at that time was attending to a customer realized that she had an issue and suggested to Michelle to seek help. That's when Harmony stepped in and took over while Michelle ushered me to the lobby to take a seat while they were trying to resolve the issue. It seemed that their system was down when i booked via online hence the delay on checking in. When I was called upon again to check-in, I created small talk to break the ice as it must have been stressful to them as well. Beiing a K-Pop fan, i could not resist myself to ask if all the staffs who were present at the moment are Koreans because they looked like one; young, pretty and vibrant. Due to the delay in checking-in, they offered for a late check-out to be done under my reservation. It seemed unnecessary but nonetheless, a good service recovery much appreciated.
