3.0 star rating	Its located next to a shopping centre, and the size of rooms are good. It also has a washing machine, and clothes hoist.	Bed is only double size, airconditioning seemed to have its temperature limited to 24 degrees, food at breakfast was a bit limited in its variety compared to most hotels, and most disappointingly was not kept warm. Games room was closed. The staff certainly could be more friendly, perhaps smile a little more to the guests, as they do in top hotels around the world. There was no welcome to the hotel upon arrival, and i thought the workers in the restaurant area were not friendly at all at breakfast time.	macca	07 April 2013
3.0 star rating	Lovely hotel, cozy and very comfortable. In fact, they should have more signage like out in the car park or signage to Block A or B etc.	Nice hotel, but some staff service wasn't friendly at all. The shower part should have curtain or something to close it, rather than nothing and the water splashing every where. Car park are very creepy and scary as there're no signage, it's like took me forever to get out of the carpark. The design of the car park should be properly lead to the out.		04 June 2013

1.0 star rating	I think nothing nice to say about the hotel except that we like the area cos it is the familiar area that we always hang out.	So many bad things to say about this hotel however, we felt that nothing much had been done about it cos the reviews had shown and no changes were made. The so called senior front office manager was so rude!! The flush didnt work properly. We requested for king sized room but didnt give to us at all instead gave to Caucasian man that came later than us and got no reservation. The breakfast was so lousy that we didnt even want to waste out time sitting there. Only went for 1 day breakfast.	Yati	21 March 2014
