3.0 star ratingThe room needs a general cleaning splatter of some sort of liquid dirt on the walls and floor are visible.The duvet is filthy!I once took the cover off to help get it ready and I was SHOCKED and APPALED by it!Stains of yellowish colours!Absolutely filthy! Curtains are dusty too.Cleaning are just superficial,I suggest vacuuming the floors are way better than just swiping. Lights are too bright at night on the ceilings,couldn't switch it off cos there isn't any.Anonymous 08 September 2016
