5.0 star rating	Ideal hotel to relax and sunbathe whilst staying in Dubai - if you don't need to be part of the beach scene. Joint pool area with neighbouring IC Hotel is great. The staff in that area work tirelessly all day. Zaytoun restaurant is also well run. Depending on time you come down for breakfast, it can be a bit hectic but the food choice is excellent. Evening dinner menu is also varied and well prepared/cooked. Either a buffet choice or a la carte. Rooms exceptionally large and comfortable with good amenities. Complimentary bottled water replenished each day. Nice touch. The hotel is located "off the beaten track" and to get anywhere you need a taxi (cheap as chips BTW). However, that's not a negative, if you are only there for the R	Only one negative - but I guess it's the same elsewhere in Dubai/UAE - cost of alcoholic beverages is OTT.		14 January 2011

5.0 star rating	We have stayed at this hotel twice now for the following reasons! - The service is EXCELLENT - Every member of staff is polite - The house keeping is immaculate - The breakfast is yummy - The pool is on the 5th floor so excellent views - Attached to the mall so very easy access to hundreds of shops and restaurants - So quick to get a taxi - Lovely views over the creek (when staying in a creek view room) - Can use the facilities (including pool and loungers) of the InterContinental next door, so plenty of space to sunbave and swim - You have a bell by the pool in which you can press to order a drink/food - Everywhere is so clean	No negative reviews just a few FYI's. - The hotel is used lots for business people, I wouldn't have said it is the best hotel for young families. 3.5 star rating	Well located near airport and Festival Plaza. Rooms spacious and clean	Shower water was not hot enough and lighting for those who wish to read was too subdued. We had paid for breakfast but our flight was too early for the 6am start. We requested a little compensation towards an evening meal but none was given. A breakfast box was offered but, as we had access to the airport lounge we did not want food then, but rather in the evening. This could be viewed as expecting too much but we had paid for a full meal.	Anonymous	15 May 2015
