3.0 star rating	Charles Wang, Angel, Matthew, Michael from the club lounge and Horace were the only staff that were helpful. Concierge were more helpful towards the end of our stay, which is a shame.	We ordered ice cream and it took over 45 mins to arrive and the order was incorrect. We had asked for one scoop of chocolate ice cream and vanilla per person and we received 4 bowels. Each day they kept getting this wrong, therefore one day I refused to pay and the mgr on duty agreed but on checking out we were charged again and had to argue before it was taken off. Ice cream dishes were left in my room for over a day, i had to place them outside my door. One evening I was locked out of my room dnd when I finally got in the room had not been cleaned. I did not receive small face towels after my first day. The hotel changed breakfast times but no one advised us. I then complained to Lydia about this and the ice cream issue and she offered the following but only after deep conversations club lounge access, 6 soft drinks from the fridge. I felt that was not enough and requested for a transfer to the airport but it was refused. As we were not able to have breakfast and were messed around for a few hours before Lydia could offer the above I asked her to arrange hotel transport to take us to Lama Temple, Hutong and drop off at Beijing. I was so annoyed that she took do long in offering compensation and secondly when she agreed she dictated how long we can spend at each place. I also asked her to retrieve my priority membership number so I can receive points for room service to date she has not done that and as a result I have lost out on points. I feel that the hotel mgt lacks professionalism and staff hide behide the language barrier. We picked this hotel expecting to receive exceptional service but received nothing but disappointment. I look forward to receiving a formal response to the issues I have highlighted. I am also considering reviewing this hotel negatively on Trip Advisor if my issues are not addressed.
