3.5 star rating	Food was above average. My soba Noodles for lunch was a long wait. Specified seafood on menu but no seafood. Nice pool and close for shopping. A/c worked well, and room service was prompt. Other Guests who were Seniors had the lunch Buffet. It was good value	There was an odor and slight mildew smell, and the room was tight for a roll away bed. Bathroom could be freshen up as it had an odor. I think from shower curtains. 3.5 star rating	View is fantastic esp when your room face the Mosque. Though the hotel is situated in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur, surpursingly we have Starbucks, Subway outlet and other food outlets around the hotel. My family and I were spoilt for choices! Shopping was a breeze as there is no queues at cashier.... everything is so relax.... kinda laid back!	The lift needs servicing. It has a sound when the lift reaches the floor landing. The housekeeping service is so disappointing. Had to call them a few times for an extra towel. They took 3 hours to accede to my request.		03 September 2013
3.0 star rating	Checking in was a breeze and the front desk officer was accommodating and friendly. Room was big and spacious where we could put an extra bed inside. Free Wifi is a bonus and with good speed. Breakfast items were of many varieties, both hot and cold items were abundant and tasty	Hotel renovation was going on at the time, especially at the lobby area, making the lobby was a bit messy with strong smells of electrical burn. There were burnt stains on the carpet in the room. Bed was hard and made squeaky sounds even when we just sat on it. There was used soap bar and shower cream left by the previous guest. Breakfast items were not replenished quick enough, and seemed that the chefs were not happy with their job...no smiles and even absent for few occasions from their egg and roti stations.
