2.0 star ratingI was not given the room I paid for. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that managers are not available at nights and that I would have to wait into the next morning. The next morning at check out I asked to speak to a manager and was told that managers are not available in the mornings. I was told that a manager would call me regarding a refund for the error on my reservation. It was been 3 days and no manager has contacted me. When I called them, all they said was that a manager will call me back.Christian11 December 2013
