4.0 star rating	hotel is good value for money. staff are very friendly and helpful. room and bathroom very clean. food at hotel is reasonable.	the 2 rows of steps to climb to gain entrance to the hotel is a little difficult for people with a mobility disability. hand rails on both sides and middle of stairs would not only assist people with a mobility disability but would also assist older customers and further act as a safety barrier for all customers whom may loose their balance and in turn grab the hand rail to break their fall.	robert	12 December 2012
