Located at the heart of Macau at Avenida Do Dr. Rodrigo Rodrigues, the hotel is right next door to Casino Lisboa, close to the main tourist attractions and entertainment facilities. The Macau International Airport is 15 minutes' drive away and the ferry terminal is 10 minutes' drive away from the hotel, so the guests can enjoy an easy access to important transportation hubs of the area. Though hosting its guests in any of the 300 guest rooms, the upscale hotel still provides them with a homely and nice atmosphere. During their stay at the hotel, the guests can enjoy the in-house magnificent seafood restaurant serving Cantonese delicacies or take an advantage of one of the 3 contemporarily equipped conference rooms.

2.0 star ratingNone that spring to mind!Waited at ferry terminal for over an hour in the pouring rain with no shuttle pickup as promoted by hotel. Caught Lisboa Hotel shuttle instead. On arrival at Beverly Plaza Hotel, staff were not at all sympathetic nor concerned that we had difficulty getting to the hotel. For a so-called 4 star hotel, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, there were no bathrobes and no coffee/sugar/creamer available in the room. The shuttle back to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal deposited us on the side of a busy driveway and we had to make our through parked buses and moving traffic - quite dangerous. On checkout at the end of our stay, there was not even a simple "thank you" from the staff for staying at their hotel. We could just as well been invisible. We will definitely not stay there again nor recommend tis hotel to anyone else.Big Al21 August 2013
