4.5 star rating	Nice modern hotel, professional staff and good food.	Difficult to find and not a particularly conducive welcoming area. Stay was also spoilt by a group of "youngsters" making excessive noise in the early hours of the morning.		22 March 2009

4.0 star rating	Very modern and chic bathroom and room. Comfortable bed. Shuttle from airport was prompt. Food was limited and pricey, as well as drinks but surprisingly good compared to the service in the bar, which was lackadaisical.	Hallways were shabby. Rooms a bit small. Dreadful view, no place to walk. This is a good stop-over hotel from the airport but not a place you would spend your holiday		22 November 2011
2.5 star rating	shuttle service was very punctual both ways.	I just needed a few hours rest as working at the airport, the shuttle service was perfect, in fact early and the same in the morning (5am) bang on time, the driver was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately i had booked a standard room which was very basic but no issues there... the problem started at about 10pm with a group of guys fighting in the corredor it went on for about an hour until i called reception and asked them what was going on, they were aware of the dispute and they were sending somebody over to disolve the situation, they did, but after a few minutes came out of their rooms and started fightting again.. this went on for about 2 hours, i was seriously scared as at some stage they were banging on the walls and my bedroom door, i was a lady on my own and i was terrified. I requested a room change and somebody to escort me out of the room as I was scared to leave by my own, unfortunately there were no more "standard" rooms available so i was stuck... I found that completely unacceptable, how could i be refused a room change under the circumstances? I didn't get to close my eyes all night and i had to be up at 4am again... In all, a horrible experience and although i understand the fight was outside of the hotel's control, a room change should have never been refused. unfortunately i won't be using this hotel in the future.
