2.5 star rating	Beautiful setting and location. Lovely staff	Poor half board package with very limited choice of food. Disorganised front desk and reservations teams who said they were not aware of the inclusions of our booking and proposed to make additional charges. 4.5 star rating	- Very clean and had a very balinese feel. Loved the daily fruit selections in the room (all tropical fruits served) - The buggy and tram services are excellent. Very timely and very frequent rounds too. It made me very lazy as well - Very nice swimming pools and had a total of 6 swimming pools to choose from, including very cute kids pool with water slides - A very nice, quiet, clean and private beach called the Kubu Beach. Accessible via the tram - every corner of the hotel is picturesque... no wonder it's a perfect spot for wedding - Very attentive hotel staff.. the concierge remembered our name, the hotel staff are quick to fix the air conditioning issue in the villa (and followed up too) - Very nice buffet selection at the Padi restaurant - lots of food varieties, from Japanes, Chinese, Balinese and continental	- Should consider providing better quality toiletries for the standard room. The shampoo and conditioner are a little rough on the hair - Should consider providing free wifi in the standard rooms, given their sister hotel, Rimba hotel (and every other hotels in Bali) provides free wifi	Anonymous	05 December 2014

5.0 star rating	We'd booked twin deluxe ocean view room, which was upgraded to the private ocean view one bedroom villa with our own Butler â a very professional experienced staff, who has been working with the hotel for 20 years. He managed our booking for the Rock Bar and the tour to the Nusa Dua. Immaculate clean facilities. A very enjoyable and memorable stay! We chose the Asian buffet for the breakfast.
