1.0 star rating	Within easy walking distance of nearby Epinay Sur Seine railway station and in a more affordable area of Paris than found in the main central tourist areas. 24 our night porter service. Only 30 mins by train directly to Paris centre, whic conveniently had Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame Cathedral station stops on the line.	The hotel (apartment) room was not clean. The bed was a pull ou sofa bed. The sofa bed covers were grubby and stained. The bed had to be made up on arrival and was in the kitchen area. There was only a small window and the room was very poorly lit. Not al the lights or applicances worked.		11 September 2008
