4.0 star rating	Very nice room, indeed beautiful and spacious. Big and comfortable balcony. Staff friendly and attentive.	The quality of the building is really low. It doesn't look well maintained and new. Reception isn't that impressive either. Quality of room service food and cocktails was just ok, I wouldn't order it if I had another choice. Though one of my breakfasts - egg benedict (which isnt on the menu btw) was pretty good :) View on the ocean is nice, but the roofs of the villas infront doesn't do it justice.	jokejulia	16 July 2013
2.0 star rating	Great view. Reasonable pool (not amazing). Clean room. The usual lovely smiles from the staff.	Oh God, where do i start - very expensive for what it is. The place doesn't seem that old, but there is clearly no regular maintenance to keep the Hotel in good working order. It is also quite apparent that there is no 'Western' influence on the Management Team that you would expect when you're breaking the $500/night barrier. Basically really ordinary hotel for a place that i paid just under $600 per night to stay at (Garden View Villa)!!! For instance: - Getting locked out of our room because the batteries on the door card swipe reader had gone flat (after a friends wedding at 1am) & no back-up alternative to open the door. Plus, they needed to call "engineering" staff to change over the battery at 1am! - No milk (not even UHT) for coffee or tea - 1 tea bag per room per day (when you're clearly staying as a couple) - no basic food / confectionary items in the mini bar stock & when you called reception for get it stocked, the reply was "sorry, we no have". This place is a really bad reflection on the Global Hotels Alliance that they are a part of. Very ordinary Hotel that i would never recommend - save your money people.	JECS	10 November 2015
