2.5 star ratingReception couldn't find my reservation when I checked in & were going to charge me even though I had already paid online. They said I would have to take this up with the agent I booked through. They eventually found the booking after 30 mins & did apologise. Not ideal for a one night stay & I'm sure other people in that situation would have ended up paying twice!04 April 2009
