4.5 star rating		1) Very slow check in. Requested a twin room which was OK, but when I got to the room it was a double. 2) Huge hotel, but no staff to take people to the rooms or carry baggage. Just directed to the lift. 3) Eventually allocated a twin room at the most remote end of the hotel. 4) Was asked for a credit card to guarantee the minibar. Reception could not understand that I did not ossess a credit card. "Everyone has a credit card:!!! Then demanded $100 in lieu of card - settled for a 1000bt deposit.	babababor	01 December 2012
5.0 star rating	Connected to Don Muang airport in Bangkok which is very convenient if you have an early/ late flight. Even more useful now AirAsia has moved to Don Muang.	Wouldn't be that useful as a base for touring Bangkok as long from centre.		03 December 2012
2.5 star rating		Room smelt a little mouldy. No wi-fi in room. We stayed for one night due to an early flight the following morning. Served it's purpose but definitely would not stay longer.	BM	14 December 2012
3.0 star rating	Overall, it is a 4 star hotel with reasonable facilities; very close to the Don Maung airport	They originally put me in a room that was smoking even though I requested a non-smoking room and stated that the original room was non-smoking. They were going to use freshener and did not want to put me in a non-smoking room. They had floors that were clearly non-smoking, however only offered another room. It was ok.		27 November 2012
4.5 star rating	Have stayed here for a couple of times. Got a new room this time. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. Love the bed and the rain shower ! Would stay here again.			29 April 2013
4.0 star rating	Convenient if you are arriving in Bangkok at night and then flying domestic the next day from Don Muang. Get the free shuttle bus from Suvarnabhumi to Don Muang Airport (free if you have an ongoing ticket). There is a bridge connecting the airport to the hotel so this makes it easy and cuts out 2 taxi trips through Bangkok. Although I did not use it, the pool looked OK. The Hotel is quite nice for an overnight stay. The breakfast buffet was reasonable and the staff were always friendly.		Tony	09 May 2016
