Payment Information: How to pay for your reservation

Go to the secure online payment gateway.

Payments can be made via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and JCB only) or via International Telegrapic Transfer (TT) from your bank to our bank in Thailand.

As soon as we receive the payment confirmation from our bank, we will send you a "Hotel Voucher" via E-Mail or via fax. You have to print this voucher from your computer and present it to the hotel reception upon check-in.

To view and print the voucher, you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't have it installed on your computer please go to this link to download a free copy.

Credit Card Payments

As the fastest and most convenient option, we provide a secure online-credit card payment gateway in cooperation with Siam Commercial Bank and Kasikorn Bank (formerly Thai Farmers Bank), two of the largest banks in Thailand and leaders in secure eCommerce in Thailand. We accept Visa and Mastercard, optionally verified with the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode systems. All transactions are transmitted using the international  SSL (Secure Socket Layer) standard at high 128 bit encryption, the established standard for Internet commerce.
Your credit card details go straight to the processing bank in an encrypted format. This means that your personal credit card information cannot be accessed by any third party. We ourselves do not store any credit card information on our servers.

Telex Transfers

For T/T payments (also known as International Money Transfers or wires) you simply need to instruct your bank to transfer the invoiced amount from your account to one of our bank accounts (see our bank details below). Please select the one that your bank has a connection with. Your bank will debit your account and the transfer will be immediate. The payment is usually credited to our account about 3-7 days later.

Your bank will charge you a transaction fee for this service - which varies from bank to bank and in different countries. Please note that you are entirely responsible for this fee so that payment is only complete once we receive the invoiced amount in full.

You may send us a copy of the payment form stamped and signed by the bank via fax ( ) and we will then send you the voucher.
