General Overview:
The newly resort "Siripanna Villa & Gallery Resort" with 76 rooms villas & building is located on Rat U thit Road, Ampur Muang, Chiang Mai, which is one qualityprofect from Theeppipat Development Co., Ltd., the reflection of "The legend of Wieng Kum Kam" It is the essence resort of cultural and archilectural trough the re-interpreting Lanna heritage which will be the Passage to Wieng Kum Kam, the hidden ancient city and being the identity of Lanna.
The resort architecture of Siripanna, designs with respect tp the site context and existing conditions. The buildings are connected by bridge-walkways, lacking roofs. Most of the existing trees of plsntstion have been preserved, almost half of land will be created to be "Lanna Field" with many Thai Cultural activities to serve either inside and outside guest. It is still under construction and will ready to open in September 2009
Room Information:
There will be 76 guestrooms including 48 Deluxe Lanna rooms, eight Premium Deluxe Lanna Club rooms, two Premium Deluxe Garden Sala Club rooms, 16 luxury Lanna Club Villas and two Royal Sala Spa Suites. Room sizes range from a spacious 40 sq m to 70 sq m, with balconies or terraces of 9 to 173 sq m adding outdoor comfort.
Facilities Information:
Recreation facilities include the Royal SPA Cenvaree, Fitness Club, a 300 sq m swimming pool with 60 sun beds, and a Library and Internet Lounge. Thai cooking classes will be held regularly.
In addition to the discerning leisure traveller, the resort will be marketed to the MICE sector, with a fully equipped meeting room for 10-200 persons. Tailor-made events for up to 200 people can be held in the traditional Thai house. In addition, the extensive lawn will provide an outside venue for up to 500 guests. A business centre is also amongst the facilities.
The all-day dining restaurant is housed inside a traditional Thai house in the garden and will offer international and Thai cuisine in a Lanna setting. There will be 120 seats, with indoor and outdoor dining optional. The lounge area will serve refreshments and have seats for 30 people, and a poolside bar service will be available during the daytime. In-room dining will be available 24 hours daily with a selection of international and Asian favourites.
